Hi, I’m Lee, a product & service designer with over thirteen years of experience crafting exceptional digital experiences.

My passion for design is driven by my goal to create intuitive, user-centric designs that engage audiences & drive meaningful results.

MY BACKGROUND

PROFESSIONAL

I have a range of professional experiences that span from enterprise-level work to supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses with their design needs. My roles at companies such as Mindgeek, QueerIT, The Wilder, and Skyline City Media have allowed me to deliver impactful designs and user-friendly digital products.

Additionally, my diverse contract work has broadened my skill set and enabled me to offer tailored design solutions across multiple industries.

EDUCATIONAL

My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Interaction Design from Emily Carr University and a Diploma in Full Stack UX/UI from BrainStation.

Previously, my studies at OCAD University in Industrial Design have provided me with a strong foundation in understanding form and function.

UX/UI Design: I excel at creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize user experience and visual appeal. My user research and testing methods ensure that designs are intuitive and responsive to users’ needs.

User Research & Testing: I use methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather user feedback and insights, allowing me to iteratively improve designs based on real user data.

UX/UI Software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure RP, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD), Zeplin, Marvel, Protopie, Hotjar, UsabilityHub, Lucidchart, and Miro
